A Chance to Lead

Hi, it's me again.

Last week, I have been assigned by the seniors to organize a musical concert as the chairman. This is the first time I have ever been given a chance to become a chairman/president of an event or activity.

To me, it's not about having the glamorous title of a chairman. It is about the chance of being able to lead the organizing committee with our own unique and personal leadership style.

Indeed it is a long way to go to organize an event successfully. But I will do my best in making this a success. And I will surely take this opportunity to develop my leadership style and personality and more importantly, to discover what leadership really is.
